    THE RELATIONSHIP OF DESTINATION IMAGE, QUALITY OF TOURIST PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES, WORD OF MOUTH, ELECTRONIC WORD OF MOUTH (E-WOM) ON VISITING DECISIONS

    This study aims to determine the effect of destination images, quality attributes of tourism products, word of mouth, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on the decision to visit Bukik Chi Nangkiak tourist destination, Solok Regency, West Sumatra Province. This type of research is an explanatory time horizon, with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with the criteria of respondents who have visited a tourist destination once and are 17 years old. The number of samples used in the study was 130 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results revealed that the image of the destination, the quality of the attributes of tourism products, electronic word of mouth (e-wom) did not significantly influence the visiting decision. Likewise, the electronic word of mouth (e-wom) variable is not significant. Only the Word of Mouth variable has a significant effect on the decision to visit. This is an interesting finding because at present wom communication is no longer considered effective because the intensity of meetings between individuals is decreasing but the results of the study show a significant effect. Based on the results of the study it can be recommended that to improve the decision to visit a tourist destination an optimization of the use of communication technology is carried out. Through e-wom promotion activities such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Whats App. This indicates that technological advances play a major role in promoting tourist destinations

    The Influence of Destination Image, Food Image, and Perception on Revisit Intention on Culinary Tourism at Permindo Night Market in Padang City

    This study aims to see the influence of the Food Image, Perception and Destination image on the Revisit intention of consumers at Permindo night market in Padang. Research objects are consumers who have visited Permindo Night Market Padang and the research samples taken are consumers who have visited Permindo Night Market Padang, who are members of The Happy Store. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, in which the selected sample was purposely determined based on predetermined criteria in order to obtain a representative sample. The data used is cross section data. The data collection technique is to collect data directly with the field method (field research) where the questionnaire is distributed directly to the members of The Happy Store who have visited Permindo Night Market, Padang, represented by 205 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the frequency distribution, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, F&T test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this research is that food image and perception have no effect on revisit intention, while destination image affects revisit intention.Keywords: Food Image, Perception, Destination Image, Revisit Intention.

    Tujuan umum penelitian adalah l) dihasilkan suatu model pelayanan kesehatan melalui peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kepercayaan dan komitmen pemakai jasa kesehatan yang akhirnya mampu mendorong kinerja pelayanan Puskesmas di Sumatera Barat, 2) model tersebut diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi pembuat kebijakan dengan membuat program yang relevan dengan pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Tujuan khusus Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis; 1) kualitas pelayanan pada Puskesmas di Sumatera Barat, 2) kepuasan pemakai jasa kesehatan pada Puskesmas di Sumatera Barat, 3) kepercayaan pemakai jasa kesehatan pada Puskesmas di Sumatera Barat. 4) komitmen pemakai jasa kesehatan pada Puskesmas di Sumatera Barat, 5) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan kepercayaan pemakai jasa kesehatan pada Puskesmas di Sumatera Barat" 6) pengaruh kepercayaan pemakai jasa kesehatan terhadap komitmen pemakai jasa kesehatan pada Puskesmas di Sumatera Barat, 7) model pelayanan kesehatan pada Puskesmas di Sumatera Barat Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ilmu Ekonomi khususnya manajemen pemasaran jasa. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dan verifikafit: metode penelitian yang digubakan adalah metode survey deskriptif dan survey eksplanatori. Tipe penyelidikan adalah tipe kualitas dan cakupan waktu bersifat crosss sectional. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adaIah simple random sampling dan purposive sampling dengan sampel 320 pemakai jasa kesehatan dari 70 Puskesmas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan Structural Equation Model. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: I} adanya gap negatif pada semua dimensi kualitas pelayanan dan gap yang terbesar pada dimensi assurance (jaminan), 2) tingkat kepuasan dimensi assurance (jaminan) dan reliabilty (keandalan) masih di bawah tingkat kepuasan rata-rata, langible (bukti 1angsung) sarna dengan tingkat kepuasan rata-rata, sedangkan responsivennes (daya tanggap) dan empathy (empati) sudah di atas tingkat kepuasan rata-rata, 3) kepercayaan pemakai jasa kesehatan pada Puskesmas di Sumatera Barat umumnya cukup tinggi, 4) komitmen pernakai jasa kesehatan pada Puskesmas di Sumatera Barat umumnya cukup tinggi, 5) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan pemakai jasa kesehatan pada Puskesmas di Sumatera Barat, 6) kepercayaan pemakai jasa kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen pemakai jasa kesehatan pada Puskesma.s di Sumatera Barat, dan 7) model pelayanan kesehatan melalui peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan dan komitmen pemakai jasa kesehatan pada Puskesmas di Sumatera Barat.

    Para pelaku bisnis diharapkan memberikan pelayanan yang memiliki "nilai" tinggi serta mampu menumbuhkan rasa setia/loyal pelanggan atau dengan kata lain, perusahaan dituntut untuk mampu mempertinggi nilai pelayanan sebagai faktor kunci sukses terbentuknya loyalitas pelanggan. Salah satu upaya adalah menciptakan kesan yang unik dalam sistem operasi dan penyampaian jasa.Hotel melati diharapkan mampu mendesain berbagai fasilitas fisik yang mendukung (physical support), dan kemampuan dari pada karyawan dan manajemen dalam menciptakan hubungan-hubungan (contact personnel) baik internal maupun eksternal. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah:1) Untuk mengetahui sistem operasi dan penyampaian jasa meliputi physical support dan contact personnel, dan loyalitas pelanggan pada hotel melati di Kota Padang 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem operasi dan penyampaian jasa yang meliputi physical support dan contact personnel terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Hotel melati di Kota Padang Bentuk penelitian adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dan ukuran sampel sebanyak 118 responden. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan alat analisis yaitu Path Analysis Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa, 1) sistem operasi dan penyampaian jasa yang meliputi physical support dan contact personnel dinilai cukup tinggi, sedangkan loyalitas pelanggan pada hotel melati di kota Padang rendah, dan 2) sistem operasi dan penyampaian jasa yang meliputi physical support dan contact personnel berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada hotel melati di kota Padang. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa physical support dan contact personnel mempunyai peran dalam membentuk loyalitas pelanggan pada hotel melati di kota Padang, sedangkan secara parsial hanya contact personnel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelangga

    Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetaui pengaruh Political Issue , Social Imagery, Candidate Personality ,Situational Contigency, Epistemic Value terhadap perilaku pepuutusan pemilih kota Pekanbaru pada pemilihan Gubernur Riau 2018. Untuk menentukan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria (a) Warga Kota Pekanbaru dan Termasuk DPT di kota Pekanbaru (b)Mengikuti Pemilihan Gubernur Riau 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan ukuran sampel sebanyak 180 responden yang didapat dari metode Hair. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda yang dibantu dengan software SPSS 25. hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa political issue, Social imagery dan epistemic value berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keputusan pemilih, sementara candidate personality dan situational contingency tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keputusan pemilih kota Pekanbaru. Dari nilai R2 didapat nilai sebesar 51,5%. Artinya seluruh variabel independen menjelaskan 51,5% variabel dependennya. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.     Performance specialists is something that is very important in order to achieve the objectives Hospital Organization for specialists is the frontline in the service of clients in the hospital so important to know the factors that influence it. The purpose of this study is to describe the impact / influence of the system of remuneration and working environment on the performance and motivation as an intervening or mediating variable in the installation department of obstetrics and child XYZ Hospital Padang. This study uses a quantitative approach to research explanatori. Sampling in the Census, ie as many as 36 people obstetricians and children. Data analysis technique used in this study using the approach Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that there was no significant effect between remuneration and the performance of the T statistics amounted to 0.549 (less than 1.96) and the p value 0.002 (greater than 0.05) so the hypothesis is rejected. No significant difference between the work environment and performance statisticsT is smaller than TTable and p value is greater than alpha so the hypothesis is rejected. No significant difference between the motivation to work on performance because the hypothesis is rejected. A significant difference between the remuneration and motivation to work as much as 2.8%. No significant difference between the working environment on work motivation for the hypothesis is rejected.
